Monthly salary (base salary): ¥207,000 to ¥290,000 Fixed overtime allowance per month: ¥93,000 to ¥160,000 (Fixed overtime of 50 hours per month) Overtime pay for any hours worked beyond the fixed overtime will be paid additionally. The salary is an estimated amount and may vary based on the selection process. The monthly salary (monthly amount) includes fixed allowances.

Job Description

■Job Description:
Based on the designs you create, you will conduct structural calculations and design the structure. You will be responsible for the entire process, including estimating and supervision. Projects mainly consist of business hotels and commercial buildings within the prefecture.
Private sector: Public sector = 7:3

■Project Flow per Property:
At the start of the project: Meetings with architectural design and starting design work
Midway through the project: Continuing design work and meetings with various departments, along with tasks related to applications
At the start of construction: Site inspections and attending inspections
At the end of the project: Attending final site inspections

■Work Environment:
3 employees (20s, 50s, 60s)

■Working Style:
・The annual holidays are 125 days, and the paid leave usage rate is over 90%.
・Overtime hours currently range from 40 to 60 hours per month, but starting in April 2024, adjustments are being made to keep monthly overtime within 45 hours as part of the internal work style improvements. Additionally, all employees are provided with smartphones for time and attendance management, and alerts are sent from the General Affairs department to the department head if overtime is excessive. We are promoting work style reform and working on reducing overtime.
