Starting with urban regeneration projects that become local landmarks, we engage in the construction of office buildings, condominiums, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities, medical facilities, factories, and more. 【Job Description】

Primarily responsible for construction management at work sites (equipment)

- In building construction and equipment installation, you will be broadly responsible for quality control, progress management, safety and health management, schedule management, coordination with subcontractors, and negotiation with clients.

- Must have at least 3 years of experience in construction management.
- Must possess one of the following qualifications:
- Class 1 Electrical Construction Management Engineer
- Class 1 Plumbing Construction Management Engineer
- Building Equipment Engineer
- Chief Electrical Engineer (Type 1 to Type 3)
- Fire Equipment Engineer (Class A)

Final Educational Background: Graduate School Graduate, University Graduate, College Graduate, High School Graduate
