Job Description

Starting with urban regeneration projects that serve as regional landmarks, we engage in the construction of office buildings, condominiums, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research institutions, medical facilities, factories, and more. There are opportunities to participate in advanced buildings that lead the times, environmentally conscious energy-efficient buildings that respond to social demands, and large-scale projects that attract significant attention from society. In addition to new constructions, we also undertake numerous renovation projects focused on safety, security, and environmental considerations, including earthquake resistance, vibration control, and seismic isolation.

- Experience in construction management for 3 years or more
- Possession of 1st Class Construction Management Engineer qualification or 1st Class Architect qualification
