Job Description

In the product development field of our clients (major manufacturers in automotive, automotive parts, home appliances, etc.), you will work as a dispatched engineer at the client's design site, using 3D CAD to handle various phases from structural design to mass production design.

■Responsibilities:
Shape design considerations and modeling, focusing on production efficiency
Proposing design changes
Negotiating and coordinating with relevant departments
Handling the entire design process from prototype to mass production

■CAD software used: CATIA, NX, ProE (Creo), SolidWorks

Mandatory Requirements

[Required]
Experience in design work using high-end 3D CAD (CATIA V5, Creo, NX)
Must have N1 level Japanese proficiency, experience living in Japan, and at least 3 years of design experience using 3D CAD at one company.

[Qualifications]
Graduation from a technical college or higher (science/engineering field).

Working Hours

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM: Some flexible working hours available (Core time: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM) During the training period, regular working hours are generally applied (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) with a 1-hour break (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM).

Raise and Bonus

Bonuses: Twice a year (paid in July and December).
