Job Description

We are engaged in architectural projects including urban regeneration projects that become landmarks in the community, as well as office buildings, condominiums, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities, medical facilities, and factories.

There are opportunities to be involved in cutting-edge buildings that lead the times, environmentally friendly energy-efficient buildings that respond to societal demands, and large-scale projects that attract significant public attention. Additionally, we are also involved in many renewal projects as well as new constructions that pursue safety, security, and environmental considerations, including earthquake-resistant, vibration control, and base isolation designs.

**[Job Responsibilities]**
Primarily responsible for construction management tasks at job sites (facilities):
- In building works and facility works, you will be broadly involved in quality control, progress management, safety and health management, construction schedule management, arranging subcontractors, and negotiations with clients.
- We undertake architectural projects such as urban regeneration projects that become landmarks in the region, office buildings, condominiums, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities, medical facilities, and factories. There are opportunities to be involved in innovative buildings that lead the times, energy-efficient buildings that address social demands, and highly notable large-scale projects. Moreover, in addition to new construction, we also handle a significant number of projects focused on earthquake resistance, vibration control, base isolation, and renewal work that ensure safety, security, and environmental priorities.

■ Essential Requirements:
- Must have more than 3 years of experience in construction management.
- Must possess one of the following qualifications:
- 1st Class Electric Construction Management Engineer
- 1st Class Plumbing Construction Management Engineer
- Architectural Equipment Engineer
- Electrical Chief Engineer (1st to 3rd class)
- Fire Equipment Engineer (Type A)

Educational Background:

Graduate School Graduate, University Graduate, Vocational School Graduate, High School Graduate.
