Job Description

As a contract engineer in the product development domain for our clients (major manufacturers in automotive, automotive parts, consumer electronics, etc.), you will use 3D CAD on the design site to support various phases of structural design to mass production design.

■Key Responsibilities:
Shape analysis and modeling, considering the productivity of the design targets.
Proposing design changes.
Negotiating and coordinating with related departments.
Handling the design process from prototyping to mass production.
■Used CAD Software: CATIA, NX, ProE (Creo), SolidWorks

Mandatory Requirements

Required Qualifications:
Practical experience in design using high-end 3D CAD software (CATIA V5, Creo, NX).
※Japanese language proficiency at N1 level, experience living in Japan, and at least 3 years of design experience using 3D CAD at one company.

Educational Requirements:
A degree from a technical university or higher in a related engineering field.

Working Hours

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM: A flexible work schedule is available with core hours from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. ※During the training period, the working hours are fixed from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a one-hour break (12:00 PM to 1:00 PM).

Raise and Bonus

Bonus: Annual bonuses are provided twice a year, in July and December.
