Job Description

We engage in construction projects, including urban regeneration projects that become landmarks in the community, as well as office buildings, condominiums, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities, medical facilities, and factories. There are opportunities to participate in advanced buildings that lead the times, energy-efficient buildings that respond to social demands for environmental consideration, and large-scale projects that attract significant social attention. Additionally, we handle not only new constructions but also numerous projects focused on safety, security, and environmental considerations, such as earthquake-resistant, vibration control, and seismic isolation construction, as well as renewal works.

[Job Description]

Primarily responsible for construction management tasks at the work site (equipment):
- In construction and equipment projects, you will be broadly involved in quality control, progress management, safety and health management, schedule management, arranging subcontractors, and negotiations with clients.
- We engage in building projects that become landmarks in the community, such as urban regeneration projects, office buildings, condominiums, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities, medical facilities, and factories. There are also opportunities to participate in advanced buildings that lead the times, energy-efficient buildings that respond to social demands for environmental consideration, and large-scale projects that attract significant social attention. Essential Requirements:

- Must have at least 3 years of experience in construction management.
- Must possess one of the following qualifications:
- First-class Electric Works Construction Management Engineer
- First-class Plumbing Works Construction Management Engineer
- Building Equipment Engineer
- Electrical Chief Engineer (Type 1 – Type 3)
- Fire Protection Equipment Engineer (Type A)

*Final Academic Background:** Graduate school graduate, University graduate, Vocational school graduate, High school graduate.
