Job Description

[Job Description]
Currently, the focus is on "control" as an element to enhance the added value of products. As a result, in the field of control software design and development, there is a demand for efficient development in increasingly complex software development.
This job position involves working as a dispatched engineer at a client site in the automotive industry, using Model-Based Development (MBD) for control software design and development. The tasks include:
・Creating models using MATLAB/Simulink
・Conducting simulations based on the created models
・Reviewing changes to control specifications based on simulation results
・Preparing report materials

[Career Path]
The demand for MBD engineers is currently increasing, and we aim to further organize MBD engineers in the dispatch business. Depending on your performance, you may have the opportunity to take on a leadership role, managing younger engineers.
Additionally, our company has a division specializing in MBD/MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering), and through job rotation to this division, you could leverage your experience as a dispatched engineer and pursue a career as a project leader, consultant, or pre-sales professional in contract work.

Mandatory Requirements

[One of the following is required]
■At least 3 years of experience in Model-Based Development
■At least 3 years of practical experience in simulation using Simulink

[Qualifications]
A degree from a technical college or higher in a science/engineering field

Preferred Requirements

[Preferred Qualifications]
■Graduates from information technology or electrical/electronic engineering departments
■Experience in C language programming
■Experience in control development, such as CAN communication
■Experience in developing ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) or autonomous driving systems
■Experience in building MILS (Model-in-the-Loop) or HILS (Hardware-in-the-Loop) environments
