Job Description

In addition to urban regeneration projects that become local landmarks, we handle the construction of office buildings, condominiums, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities, medical facilities, and sites.

You will have the opportunity to engage in the construction of advanced buildings that lead the times, environmentally conscious energy-saving buildings that respond to societal demands, and large-scale projects that attract significant social attention. Furthermore, we are involved in numerous renewals as well as new construction, focusing on earthquake resistance, vibration control, and seismic isolation that prioritize safety, security, and the environment.

【Job Description】

Primarily responsible for construction management tasks at the worksite (facilities):
- In construction and facility work, you will oversee a wide range of responsibilities including quality management, progress management, safety and health management, schedule management, arranging subcontractors, and negotiations with clients.
- You will be involved in urban regeneration projects that become local landmarks, as well as the construction of office buildings, condominiums, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities, medical facilities, and factories. You will have opportunities to participate in advanced buildings that lead the times, environmentally conscious energy-saving buildings that respond to societal demands, and large-scale projects that attract significant social attention. Additionally, we handle numerous projects focused on safety, security, and the environment, including earthquake-resistant, vibration-controlled, and seismic isolation renovations as well as new constructions.

- Must have at least 3 years of experience in construction management in the building industry.
- Must possess one of the following qualifications:
- 1st Class Electrical Construction Management Engineer
- 1st Class Plumbing Construction Management Engineer
- Building Equipment Engineer
- Chief Electrical Engineer (Type 1-3)
- Fire Equipment Engineer (Class A)

*Highest Educational Background:** Graduate School / University Graduate / Vocational School Graduate / High School Graduate
