Job Description

We are engaged in architecture for urban regeneration projects that serve as regional landmarks, as well as for office buildings, condominiums, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities, medical facilities, and factories.

There are opportunities to work on pioneering advanced buildings that are ahead of the times, environmentally friendly energy-saving buildings that respond to societal demands, and large-scale projects that draw significant public attention. Additionally, we handle many renovation projects, focusing not only on new constructions but also on seismic design, vibration control, and earthquake resistance, all while pursuing safety, security, and environmental considerations.

**Job Responsibilities:**
Primarily, you will be involved in construction management (facility) at the work site:
- You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks in construction and facility work, including quality control, progress management, safety and health management, process management, coordinating with subcontractors, and negotiating with clients.
- We are involved in urban regeneration projects that serve as regional landmarks, as well as in architecture for office buildings, condominiums, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities, medical facilities, and factories. There are opportunities to engage in pioneering advanced buildings, environmentally conscious energy-saving buildings that respond to societal demands, and high-profile large-scale projects. Furthermore, we handle numerous renovation projects focusing on safety, security, and environmental considerations through seismic design, vibration control, and earthquake resistance, not just for new constructions.

- Candidates must have 3 or more years of experience in construction management.
- Must possess one of the following qualifications:
- First-class Electric Construction Management Engineer
- First-class Plumbing Construction Management Engineer
- Building Equipment Engineer
- Chief Electrical Engineer (Grade 1 to 3)
- Fire Equipment Engineer (Type A)
